The Angel tier spans $10K–$250K across 5 subtiers, each with governance multipliers from 1.5× to 3.0× that still sit under a hard ceiling. All Angel investors receive 100 BLTBY per $1 invested with a 12-month vesting schedule.
If your target is a ~$50K average check, that maps to Angel 2–3. Big enough to matter. Small enough that no single investor controls direction. Beyond Angel, VentureOne ($500K–$5M) and Trust ($5M–$100M+) tiers unlock deeper governance and support.
