When you inquire, available campaign and page context is saved with your inquiry and shared with our marketing workspace so we can understand and follow up on your interest.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, communicate updates about the platform, process waitlist and investor applications, and send you relevant content about equity-building housing opportunities.

Usage data helps us understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve the experience for everyone.

Our conversion tracking uses browser session storage and a random session identifier, with a new session after 30 minutes of inactivity. Raw visit events are retained for up to 90 days; inquiry context is retained with the inquiry. Authentication uses essential session cookies. Links in our email campaigns may also use first-party cookies for up to 30 days to associate visits with the email campaign.

We do not track you across other websites, and we do not build advertising profiles based on your browsing behavior.
