Program Timeline
The matching program runs in 6-month cycles. Here is what each phase looks like.
Months 1-2
Profile completion, initial matching, first round of curated opportunities delivered.
Months 3-5
Active matching period. Ongoing curated matches, interview support, and feedback refinement.

Review and wrap-up. Choose to renew for another 6 months, pause, or exit the program.

What happens if I land a job through the program?
Congratulations! Your BBD membership and benefits continue. We will check in periodically to see how things are going. If the role does not work out, you can re-enter the matching pool at any time.
How is this different from a traditional recruiting agency?
We are not recruiters. We do not charge placement fees, and we are not paid by companies to fill roles. This is a member benefit designed to support the digital nomad lifestyle that BBD enables. We work exclusively in your interest.
Do I need specific experience or qualifications?
We work with members at all experience levels. Entry-level to senior positions are included in our matching pool. The key requirement is having a complete profile so we can accurately match you.
Can I use this service if I already have a job?
Yes. Many members use the matching service to explore new opportunities while currently employed. We respect your privacy and will never contact your current employer.
What if I want to freelance instead of full-time employment?
We match for both. Let us know your preference in your profile: full-time, part-time, contract, or freelance. We will tailor our search accordingly.
How long does the program last?
The active matching period runs for 6 months from the date you complete your profile. After 6 months, you can renew, pause, or exit. There is no penalty for any choice.
